We present for sale this absolutely fabulous and rare 2007 Autotrail Miami 740 auto with very low miles only 44k, its In lovely clean condition all round,this ... motorhome has four berths and four travelling seat belts.

The layout provides spacious long term touring for two with the capability to accommodate and travel with two grandchildren or friends. Starting at the rear of the van we have the washroom with toilet,
Separate shower cubicle, a large wardrobe hanging space and in between is the hand basin and toilet. There are plentiful shelves and a large storage space is under the sink. The washroom door has a large fixed mirror and a towel rail and opens into the bedroom.

In the bedroom we have two fixed single beds. Above each bed are good size upper lockers, there is more storage below the beds. Moving forward the bedroom door (there is an actual bedroom door) opens into the kitchen area.

The kitchen is spotlessly clean. On one side is the cooker with 3 gas hobs and one electric hob, gas oven and grill. The sink hides beneath the expanding worktop when not required. The slide out worktop is really useful. Storage is is found with a dual access shelf space below the sink and the usual lockers above. On the other side of the kitchen is the 3-way fridge with freezer compartment all nice and clean.

The microwave sits in a cupboard with sliding door above the fridge. Heater and water controls are on the kitchen wall. Heating and water heating is by Truma Electric/Gas Blown air heater, Truma Electric/Gas water heater.

The habitation entrance is between the kitchen and lounge area on the nearside of the van. The step is electric. The TV can be mounted on a bracket near the door or free standing to allow viewing from all lounge seats.

The manual wind out awning is also on the nearside.

In the lounge we have seating for up to six with a small side facing sofa and a two seat forward facing L shaped sofa and the drivers and passengers seats swivel to the rear. A great space for socialising.

The upholstery is a modern pattern and colour that doesn't date the van.The forward facing sofa is where the two three point seat belts are located. No grey areas about passenger belts here. This seating area forms the additional bed with its slide out sections and drop-down legs, assembly take no more than a couple of minutes. Again, there are upper lockers for storage. The lounge feels bright and airy with a roof light over the seating area and a large sunroof over the cab. In the cab we have already mentioned that the seats swivel, they are the Isringhausen height adjustable ones with two adjustable armrests on each.

Above the cab there is a partitioned tray ideal for maps and soft luggage etc. There are curtains for the side windows and a built in concertina blind for the front screen. Cab Air Conditioning is fitted. There is a Radio with CD and the twin rear view reversing camera screen is dash mounted. The front windows are electric as are the exterior mirrors. Bodywork is very clean and the smart blue decals are in good condition too. On the outside we have three storage lockers giving plenty of space in addition to the gas locker which fits the two included gas bottles..
